Sendah Direct Agents/Distributors need to fund their wallets through bank deposits.

How do I load or add credits to my account?

Whether you are an Agent or a Distributor, you need to make a direct bank deposit to any Sendah Direct bank account to add credits to your account.

What happens if my wallet balance falls below the required amount?

You will not be able to make a transaction if your wallet has insufficient funds.

How soon can you verify my deposit/payment?

Verification of deposit/payment is done every Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM (except during holidays). Payments after the cut off time are verified and credited the next working day. Though we try to process every deposit/payment as fast as we can, our Accounting team needs time to check with our partner banks and to verify all the deposits made. If you wish to follow up on the status of your payment, our Customer Service Representatives are on standby to answer your phone calls, emails, and Facebook messages.

Is there a transaction amount /quota that Agents/Distributors need to make periodically?

Generally, there is no required quota for Agents or individuals who are self-loaders. However, Distributors have sole discretion over their arrangements with their respective Agents.

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click "My Account" found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. Select "Edit Info" button. Type your information.
4. Click "Submit" button.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click "My Account" found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. Select "Change Password."
4. Enter your Old Password, New Password & Confirm your New Password.

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

To retrieve your password, follow the steps below:

1. Click “Forgot Password” from the log-out page.
2. Enter your Username” & Email Address” then click the Submit button.
3. System will send a notification email to your email address regarding your reset password request.
4. Check your email, then click the link provided to activate your request.
5. System will redirect you to the Reset Password page. Enter your “New Password” & “Confirm Password” then select the Submit button.
6. System will notify you if you have successfully reset your password.
7. Log-in to your Sendah Direct account using your New Password.

How do I check my Product List & Rates?

To check your Product List & Rates, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click on "My Account" found on the Homepage.
3. Select “My Rates.”
4. Click the specific product category you want to view.
5. The pass on rate (actual cost) of the product item can be found on the RATE column.

How can I view my transactions history?

To view your transactions history, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click the “My Transaction” tab found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. To do a quick search, enter the search criteria (Transaction Type, Date Start & Date End).
4. Click "Submit” button.
5. System will populate the data based on the selected measures. On this page, the user has the option to extract the data by selecting the “Transaction Report” in csv file.

I cannot make any transaction, what do I do?

Check your wallet balance if you have sufficient credits to make the transaction. Otherwise, contact your Distributor to check your account details.

How secure is the Sendah Direct system?

Sendah Direct has built-in security features to verify the identity of its users and the transactions made. The log-in features identifies the user of the application. Every transaction requires the user’s password before processing. All transactions will also be logged in the system to ensure proper tracking of both debits and credits made to the account. We also implement a strict privacy policy to protect your personal information.

How do I Send Load?

To send load, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click the SEND LOAD tab found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. Select a “Mobile Operator” (Smart, Globe, Sun) from the dropdown list.
4. Select the load denomination from the dropdown list.
5. Enter recipient’s “Mobile Number.”
6. Click "Next" button.
7. Review / Verify all the details entered.
8. Enter your account password to authenticate the transaction.
9. Click "Submit” button to process the transaction.
10. A successful confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.

How do I confirm that the transaction is successful?

A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen. Otherwise, a "Transaction Reversed" message is displayed and will have a "Reversed/Failed" status in the Transaction History.

How do I Send Pins?

To send pins, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Select the Send Pins tab found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. Choose a Merchant from the dropdown list.
4. Select a product item with its corresponding denomination from the dropdown list.
5. Enter the recipient's mobile number and email address.
6. Click the "Next" button.
7. Review / Verify all the details entered.
8. Enter your account password to authenticate the transaction.
9. Click "Submit” button to process the transaction.
10. A successful confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.

How do I confirm that the transaction is successful?

A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen. Otherwise, a "Transaction Reversed" message is displayed and will have a "Reversed/Failed" status in the Transaction History.

Do I get marketing support from Sendah Direct?

Yes, Sendah Direct will provide you with materials that will help you market the products you will sell.

I don’t have internet access in my area. Can I still become a Sendah Direct

Yes, we have created SMS access so that Agents/Distributors can still transact even if they don’t have an internet connection. If this applies to you, you will be using specialized keywords and dedicated access to use this service.

I'm already selling load from a certain carrier, can I still be a Sendah Direct Agent and resell Sendah Direct products?

Yes, you can still be a Sendah Direct Agent and sell Sendah Direct products as long as doing so doesn't violate any existing agreement between you and a territorial distributor group.

Do I need a special SIM card to become a Sendah Direct Agent/Distributor?

You don't need to purchase a special SIM card. You just need your own phone with your own SIM to top up your own or another prepaid number.

Do you have a list of all the Telco prefix numbers that we can use as a guide for loading other prepaid numbers?

To create an Agent account, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click the “My Agents” tab found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. Click “Add New Agent” label.
4. Enter the Agent's Information.
5. Click "Submit" button to process your request.
6. A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.

How do I credit an amount to my Agent's wallet?

To credit an amount to an Agent’s wallet, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click the “My Agents” tab found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. Select an Agent. Under the Action tab, select the “Change Credit” label.
4. Choose “Credit” option from the Type of Transaction.
5. Input valid amount and verify password.
6. Click "Submit" button to process your request.

How do I activate or suspend my Agent's account?

To activate or suspend an Agent’s account, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click the “My Agents” tab found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. Select an Agent. Under the Action tab, select the “Change Status” label.
4. Choose “New Status” option from the dropdown list.
5. Enter your account password to authenticate the transaction.
6. Click "Submit" button to process your request.

How do I update the pass on rates to my Agents?

To update the pass on rates to your Agents, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Sendah Direct account.
2. Click the “My Agents” tab found on the HOMEPAGE.
3. Select an Agent. Under the Action tab, select the “Rates” label.
4. Choose specific brand/merchant that you want to update from the dropdown list.
5. Enter your pass on rate percentage on the Rate field.
6. Click "Update" button to process your request.
7. System, will apply the pass on rate to all applicable products of chosen merchant/brand.
8. Note: You can manually update the pass on rate per item or sku code by selecting the merchant and updating individually by clicking the “Change Rate” found on the Action column.

Want to be an Agent?

To be a Sendah Direct Agent, you need to:

1. Deposit a minimum amount of P500.00 – This initial deposit will be credited to your Sendah Direct Wallet account so you can start selling load (mobile airtime credits/top-up), electronic gift certificates, micro-insurance products, and more.

2. Submit the following information:
    a. Complete Name
    b. Email Address
    c. Contact Number
    d. Mailing Address
    e. OR fill out this form.

3. Sign a Conforme Letter, which will be provided by Ayannah.

Want to be an Distributor?

To be a Sendah Direct Distributor, you need to:

1. Deposit a minimum amount of P5,000.00 - This initial deposit will be credited to your Sendah Direct Wallet account.

2. Submit the following information:
    a. Complete Name
    b. Email Address

3. Sign a Conforme Letter, which will be provided by Ayannah.

Want to be a Distributor abroad?

To be a Sendah Direct distributor abroad, you need to:

1. Deposit a minimum amount of P5,000.00 - This initial deposit will be credited to your Sendah Direct Wallet account.

2. Submit the following information:
    a. Complete Name
    b. Email Address
    c. Contact Number
    d. Mailing Address
    e. One (1) valid ID with picture and address
    f. OR fill out this form.

3. Sign a Conforme Letter, which will be provided by Ayannah.

Note: Sendah Direct wallet currency is in Philippine Peso (PHP). We will use the BSP currency conversion rate if the amount you are depositing is in dollars (USD) or any other foreign currency.
